Returns & Order Cancellation Policy

    We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for non-personalized merchandise within 30 days of receipt of product. Please contact:

 The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. Please note, after the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are able to be accepted.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with an U.S. address or Canadian address depending on your location.

    Please do not return to supplier, we will not be able to refund your item if product is sent to the manufacturer.

1. your order number

2. a brief description of why you’d like to return it

3. your preference for a replacement or a refund

Please Note: Final Sale and Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Flawed Items- Refund or Item Replaced Your Choice!

This doesn't happen often, however life mishaps happen and we have you covered. If you've received an item that is damaged or flawed, let us know and we'll replace it for you right away. All we need it a photo to show the manufacturer that a defective item was sent and a replacement will be sent right away. Not to worry, we will make it right!

1. your order number
2. a brief description of the problem
3. a photo illustrating the issue


At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer! We will not be able to refund your money if this is done, sorry!

All of our goods are made to order. Cancellation requests can be accommodated within  four hours (business hours 9 am to 5 pm) of the order being placed. Note: if you an order in the evening then your order will not be processed until the next morning. Much of our ordering system is automatic (we double check before sending), however once the product has been sent to the manufacturer we can not stop the order from being processed.
