Returns and Order Cancellation Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly offer you an refund for non-personalized merchandise within 15 days of receipt of product. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. Please note, after the 15 day period, no returns/exchanges are able to be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not return to supplier, we will not be able to refund your item if product is sent to the manufacturer.

1. your order number
2. a brief description of why you’d like to return it
3. your preference for a replacement or a refund

Damaged or Flawed Items- Refund or Item Replaced Your Choice!
This doesn't happen often, however life mishaps happen and we have you covered. If you've received an item that is damaged or flawed, let us know and we'll replace it for you right away. All we need it a photo to show the manufacturer that a defective item was sent and a replacement will be sent right away.
Please take photos of the packaging/product damage and send them to us within 48 hours. Failure to report damage firstname.lastname@example.org promptly restricts and may completely prevent our ability to process your claim.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.
