We welcome all return on eligible non-personalized products within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with an American address or Canadian address depending on your location. Please do not return to supplier.

3. your preference for a replacement or a refund
Final Sale and Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Flawed
If you've received an item that is damaged or flawed, let us know and we'll replace it for you right away. All we need it a photo to show the manufacturer and a replacement will be sent right away.
Contact us to report an issue with any item with the following information:
- 1. your order number
- 2. a brief description of the problem
- 3. a photo illustrating the issue
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.

Please note that we cannot add or delete items from orders. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Ziya Blue ASAP, as all of our goods are made to order. Cancellation requests can be accommodated within 2 hours of the order being placed. Much of our ordering system is automatic and once the product has been sent to the manufacturer we can not stop the order from being processed. We have a two hour window (business hours of 9 am to 5 pm).
