We're thrilled to offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $100.
Orders shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba UNDER $100: Flat rate shipping cost of $15
Orders shipping to all other Canadian provinces UNDER $100: Flat rate shipping cost of $7
* due to high shipping costs Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland/Labrador: Flat Rate $25
United States Shipping: $25
All other International Shipping: $50
We aim to ship out all orders within 48 hours pending availability and verification of payment.
All orders are shipped Expedited, via Canada Post.

MADE TO ORDER items are custom made and require 3 to 5 business days for production before an item ships, shipping takes another 2 to 7 days.
MADE TO ORDER items are shipped directly to your home from the manufacturer in Quebec
- MADE TO ORDER items, expedited shipping does not affect production time. Please note that these times are estimates and certain products may ship faster or later than stated.

Returns & Exchanges
* PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT AFFILIDATED WITH ZYIA ACTIVE AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR RETURN INQUIRIES, PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEIR ITEMS TO US.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging with original tags. We do not offer free shipping on returns. We will not provide any reimbursement for return shipping cost as they are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an item is damaged while shipping the return, you must contact your postal service to find out your options. We are not responsible for any damage to the item when shipping the return.
Gift cards, body care, food, jewelry, CBD products, Soaps etc.
Step 1: Contact us via email at email@example.com to find out if your item is eligible for a refund and/or an exchange.
Step 2: Mail us your refund/exchange and include a copy of the receipt.
Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. If you have chosen an exchange, your new item will be shipped within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, double check your account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
