Shipping and Refund Policy for Ziya Blue Gifts Ltd.

Thank you for shopping at Ziya Blue! We want your shopping experience to be hassle-free and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review our shipping and refund policy below.

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping Costs:
    • A flat shipping fee of $14.99 will be applied for orders under $99 CDN.
    • CDN Orders of $75 pretax or more: Enjoy free shipping in Canada!
    • US Orders of $150 pretax or more: Enjoy free shipping in contiguous US.
    • Pick up at the Pen Centre Mall store location is also available.
    • Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
  • Order Processing Time:
    • We strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • During sales, please allow up to five business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not mailed on the weekend. 
  • Shipping Method:
    • We primarily use Canada Post and other reliable carriers for shipping, and your order will be shipped via standard shipping.
    • If you receive a delivery notification but your package hasn’t arrived at your door, don’t worry, oftentimes the package will show up within the next 24 hours. In the event that the package still isn’t received, file a claim with Canada Post here.

      Please note, this can take up to 10 days to resolve. If you have trouble, contact Ziya Blue customer service here, and we will help to file a claim with the shipping carrier.  We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.


  • Delivery Time:
    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Order Tracking:
    • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • International Shipping:
    • At this time, we only offer shipping within contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  • Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Information:
    • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Ziya Blue is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Items:
    • In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Policy:

  • Returns and Exchanges:
    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team.
    •  Return shipping costs are not covered, however you can bring the item to our Pen Centre Mall location.
    • Due to nature of these products, the following products are final sale only and not eligible for return:
      • Plants
      • Bathing Products
      • Earrings
      • Personal Care Products
      • Game Cards
  • Return Eligibility:
    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Please do not use tuck tape, masking tape, duct tape, magic marker or pen on packages being returned. Clear packing tape is acceptable to seal your package. If any of these materials are used on the packaging of your returned item, a 15% re-boxing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
    • A refund can only be sent back to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, they need to contact their bank or other party responsible for the original payment method to claim the funds after a refund has been sent.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
    • Please contact us prior to making a return, so we know to expect it, and please provide us with the tracking number if it's a trackable item.
    • Or visit us at our store in the Pen Centre, St. Catharines: Bring your pieces in to complete your exchange or return. The order number and name on the order is required. 
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
